All orders are shipped from our Kansas City fulfillment center via UPS ground.

Approximate time from order placement to fulfillment is 1-4 weeks, subject to publishers' supplies.

Once filled, an order shipped via UPS Ground takes 10 days to 2 weeks to deliver, depending on your location.

Returns are extremely rare at Mother Goose. However, if you run into a problem and feel that you need to return an item to us, please email or call Debbi Richardson @ 800-763-2665, ext 104 first to request a Return Authorization Number. This will speed up the process and give us a chance to make things right.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be unused.
